New Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230

Nova Uredba o strojevima (EU) 2023/1230 (Machinery Regulation) zamenjuje važeću Direktivu o  strojevima 2006/42/EZ (Machinery Directive) 20. januara 2027. Na dvodnevnoj edukaciji obrađujemo  Uredbu i ključne obveze, dokumentaciju te primere procjene rizika.  

PROGRAM KURSA: Day 1 

Analysis of the Machinery Regulation: 

Scope of application. 

Selected definitions and concepts (e.g., artificial intelligence). 

Essential requirements. 

Standards, presumption of conformity, hierarchy of standards, and precedence of standards. Documentation and instructions. 

Declaration of conformity for machinery and partly completed machinery. 

Examples of product qualification: 

Product compliance with the requirements of multiple directives (RoHS, LVD, EMC, ATEX, etc.) Examples (what to require from subcontractors, scope of responsibilities) 

Documentation and declarations of conformity. 

Day 2 

Risk assessment: 

Machine limitations 

Location and list of hazards 

Risk determination 

Selection of reduction measures 

Iterative activities and validation 

Type "C" standards 

Examples/elements of risk assessment (using harmonized standards and other technical specifications): Machinery. 

Partly completed machinery. 

Machine assemblies.
